This dissertation presents a novel brain computing approach, building a Data-Brain driven general intelligence model (GIM) to realize the human-level intelligence study and develop the brain-inspired intelligent technology towards multi-dimensional wisdom services. One focus of this model is placed on understanding human intelligence towards a human-level AI society, which is validated by exploring brain information-processing mechanisms from both perspectives of functional segregation and integration. In this context, the casual effects between human reasoning and brain patterns in the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC), the fronto-parietal connectivity and the fronto-striatal connectivity were verified by using the current approach. Another focus is placed on the smart health applications, for which this model is validated by integrating the computational cognitive neuroscience methods with translational research.
