Here the theoretical background of the\\nwave and several methods for measuring the optical signals in addition to our recent\\nstudies were provided. Over 100 years ago, Otto Frank designed the Windkessel model of\\narterial circulatory system assumed to be the circuit contained a water pump connected to\\nan air-chamber. Many electrical circuits equivalent to the model were proposed. The\\nsimplest model was a Resistor-Capacitor parallel circuit. The analytical and numerical\\nsolutions were described in brief. Innovation of the modern technologies permit us\\nmeasuring the pulse wave remotely.
