NIR-II has the advantages\\nover the first near-infrared region used previously in noninvasive measurement, 700-900\\nnm. Nevertheless there were few reports on the photon behaviors of this wavelength range\\nwith living tissues. Here we first outlined optical parameters such as absorption coefficient,\\nscattering coefficient, anisotropy of scatter, refractive index of the tissues.
